Shayla has been working on getting to the Land of Obey for a couple of months now. It is a good behavior chart. In preschool Teacher Krista talked about "obeying" and then gave each of the kids a land of obey sheet. Shay and I made a deal that if she got to the top she could earn the "Guess Who Game". This chart was very motivating for her and she was very upset if I had her move it backwards for bad behavior. She earned her game last week and was so HAPPY! We play guess who almost every night she loves her prize.
